It depends on what the interview is for and who your audience is.
  
If it's for a job in fashion, not necessarily, unless you're doing like fashion tights with a dress.
  
If it's a bank job, teacher job, receptionist etc, I might consider it.
  
It just depends!

I voted yes... I work at a hospital and our dress code requires at least pantyhose if you're wearing a dress or skirt. I don't think you can go wrong with some light tights or pantyhose :)
