I've noticed that every time I get up, turn in bed and walk my pelvic has so much pressure and cramps. My doctor said that it's normal but that I need to relax if it hurts really bad. What are some good techniques to help with the pain? I've tried putting a pillow between my legs and it doesn't help. I feel like my inner thighs hurt too, like they're strained. I've been having more Braxton contractions lately too. Ladies I need some advice!!
