I was admitted to hospital 2 days ago for min long contractions that were every 2 mins. The nurse was discussing my birth plan with me and told me I was in labour. When the dr check I wasn't dilated, he told me it was Braxton Hicks and I was sent home. I'm feeling the same pains again today. They are very bad cramping feel down low, I struggle to breath through them, and my whole body clenches up, my stomach tightens and it lasts about min. Is this what everyone's BH feels like?😩 it's horrible. I usually have such a high pain threshold.
