TMI... Blood in stool.. 9 weeks pregnant

After going to the bathroom I notice bright red blood in my stool.. I wiped and it was bright red. Of course I'm freaking out thinking it's miscarriage. But I double checked down there to make sure it wasn't coming from that area. Is this hemorrhoids? Happen to anyone else? Sorry for the tmi. Just got a little worried!!
