Overtired baby...help

I know my little girl is overtired but I have no idea how to get her to nap and stay asleep (day and night). She fights her sleep to no end. She's 7.5 months and has 4 teeth that are through.

Any advice would be helpful (not charts on recommended sleep times bc I know she needs a lot of sleep, the issue is getting her to sleep and stay asleep).
