transitioning baby from rock n play to crib

My daughter is 10w today! She sleeps great through the night BUT we have had her sleep in her rock n play at night since day 1. She hates laying flat on her back and I'm wanting to transition her to her crib before I go back to teaching in August. For those of you who had your baby sleeping in the rock n play, when did you transition him/her to the crib and any tips to make a smooth transition?

Thanks!! Also, I'm well aware rock n plays are not intended for over night sleeping but it happened haha
