Anyone have suggestions for dizziness at 13 weeks. It got to the point where I almost fainted this weekend and I actually did vomit from the dizziness. My blood pressure is low but the MD says it's normal. It was 98/67 last apt at 11 weeks. Anything to help would be great... I work two jobs that are taxing mentally as it is in child protection and really need to be up to par.
