Is it possible to have contractions in your back?? I'm 38.1 and every time I stand up I get sharp pains in my lower back... it's been hurting a lot here lately

Yes I had contractions in my lower back. I didn't realise I was in labour for a while I just thought I had a sore back. I realised when it woke me up a few times and it felt like it was squeezing and releasing. That's the best way to describe contractions. The squeezing feeling will come and go.
