So I'm not having a big birthday party for my son. We'll have cake and presents after dinner (it's going to be on a Thursday). I am not a social, party person, and I keep things low-key with very limited social media. And I also feel that I spent 28 hours in labor, so I'm celebrating his birthday on his birthday! My husband's family may or may not be able to come, plus they want to do it on a weekend. We accommodate their schedules all the time--I feel like I should have it when we want to, he's our son after all!
