How far along were you when you heard the heartbeat?

I am almost 6 weeks and have my 1st appt Wednesday. Im curious if i will get to hear it then 😊

I saw the heartbeat at 8 weeks and heard it at 12 weeks.

I was 6 weeks 1 day and had a scan and they told me it was non viable with no heartbeat. Two weeks later all fine! It can be too early sometimes. If they see a sac and a yolk sac and a fetul pole then, then that's always a good thing.

I SAW my son's heartbeat at 6.3, but didn't hear with a Doppler til 14 weeks.

12w6d. We saw the heart fluttering at 8w6d (we probably could've heard it, but my OBGYN didn't even bother trying). I switched to a midwife after 12 week appointment

I've heard its very difficult for them to hear it much earlier than 12 weeks. If you have an ultrasound early on they can usually see it though. I heard my girls at 12 weeks. Doctor gave me a long warning  she put the thing on my belly that it can be hard to find so don't stress about it. Funny thing was we heard it as soon as she touched my belly with the doppler thing.
