Did you gain weight in college/after high school?

I gained 40 lbs in the last 3 years, and now that I've graduated I'm working on losing (most of) it 😭😕

I actually lost weight after high school . I was always a little rounder back in the day then I toned out a lot .

Oops! Wrong vote. I lost a lot of weight because I didn't purchase a meal plan. I walked everywhere or took the campus shuttle to get where I couldn't on foot in time. I rented a microwave/refrigerator for my dorm and my parents added money to my ID card to use at the commons, Zot N Go, or food court. I had oatmeal with fruit every morning, I would rarely eat lunch (no time), and a light dinner. I was exhausted!!! My first class was at 8am and my last ended at 10 (6:45-10pm). I was so tired from homework, papers, and studying that I would eat yogurt and string cheese for dinner. I would eat a protein bar, naked juice or broth soup for lunch since it was quick. I really was too tired, busy, and stressed. I looked great though!

I had the opposite problem.  I lost 30 lbs when I got to college, gained 20 after graduating because I just did not have time to workout and my eating habits took a real nosedive and the. I gained another 60 with back to pack pregnancies 😭. I feel awful. I feel sick and weak all the time. Husband and I are transitioning to Paleo and we have already successfully gone a week without sugar and wheat flour, I already feel a difference. Hoping to get back to my college weight (I have to drop a total of 80 lbs now) by next June.

I lose over 110 pounds after high school and kept it off for years. I started dating my now husband and have gained 130 pounds back in 6 years, 80 pounds of that in 18 months when I switched to a call center job. I'm focusing on getting healthier but not stressing on a number.
