Can I go swimming after having granulation tissue removed?

Today I had 2 bits of granulation tissue removed from just inside my vagina. The only thing the consultant told me not to do was have sex for 2 weeks. I forgot to ask her if I can still take my baby swimming on Wednesday. Anyone have any idea if I can or not? Obviously that's if the bleeding has stopped by then!
