BBT temperatures

So these past days my BBT has been around 96.9 and these past 4 days I've been around 98.9 and right now Im at 99.9 and all I want to do is sleep and my gum is swollen and my head hurts and I just feel so damn sick I just want to throw Up and my left side of my hip is killing me.. someone help me
