Things That Are Expected of Me

Isabelle • doctor to be ❤️ In a beautiful relationship
So I live an a small Christian farming community; like litteraly my neighbor across the street is a homophobic bible loving Christian and my neighbor beside me has a tractor parked in his driveway. This is the 3rd town I've lived in my life (not bad considering I'm only 16), but my friends live an hour away from me, and I only get to see them once a year. So that makes my Mom think she can continue to tell me to get a social life.😂 On top of being expected to have a social life I'm expected to have and keep a job, attend college, attend high school, and to continue to study Christianity (even though I'm not Christian). I take hs classes online since I'm riddled with anxiety and depression (go me!), and my college classes I start in August (liberal arts and chemistry😰). Everybody will most likely be older than me when I get there, especially since I scored high on the college exams.(I get really shy around 'big kids'😂). So in 2 months I get to juggle hs classes (pre calc, law, and med term are just some classes), college (college level chemistry, college level English.), a job (in which only full time jobs are available in my town right now), a social life (friends live an hour away), learn all about a religion that's not mine (I don't belong to one in general), and I get to also juggle my mental illnesses. So that's how my life is going, how is yours coming along?😂 and an I being over dramatic or not because I feel like I don't have a right to complain about having to do all of this.
