That's weird. I agree with the other lady who commented the convo is hard to follow but does seem flirtatious. I also agree he did seem a little thirsty. I would consider it cheating since it seems like he's trying to let her know he has some type of feelings for her, honestly just looked bad on him because he has cheated before..
