I understand that this is quite normal and that 1 in 4 adults (males and females) and 1 in 4 pregnant women test positive and it's not as bad as it sounds.... However, I've read scary stories about mamas testing positive for it and that being a deciding factor in C sections. I'm concerned because I didn't even want an IV now I need one for the antibiotics 😩 but can some other moms (not first time moms like me) weigh in on this and give me some hope that my natural birth plan isn't off the table?!?
