i think I had one of the worst pains while pregnant ever! I was sitting and all of a sudden the left part of my mid to low back it's so tight and painful. it took my breath away. I felt like throwing up and crying from how bad it was. it lasted about an hour, thankfully once is started to ice it and lay down I felt better. I already have horrible ligament pain  now this? I'm only 18weeks any one else have these problems ?? should I be concerned ?
