Can I breastfeed if I'm pregnant?

Hi ladies I look in the Internet and some people say I can breastfeed and others that I can't. I don't have my first doctor app. until March 31.

I did until just recently. My daughter decided to self wean but she was breastfeeding for the first two and a half months.
