This is my first baby and people I barely know are giving me gifts! (used stuff that they don't need anymore) things are always nice and it's very sweet of people to do that for me but I almost feel like it's too much? Don't get me wrong I appreciate them going out of the way. But since this is my first I wanted to pick everything out new like my crib and clothes. Even my dentist told me she would give me clothes her daughter used to wear. A friend of a friend gave me a crib mobile too. Plus tons of clothes, I don't even get to pick out my crib since someone might give me one for free. I wanted to pick things out for myself, I feel bad for saying no or not wanting used hand me downs. anyone else have people giving them too much ?
