Wanna loose more weight
So my pre-regnancy weight 135 i was 179lbs before having my baby With a months time i got down to 154 and Just been falling off sense due to breastfeeding, now it Just seems like im stuck at 138 or 139lbs its not coming off i wanna get down to about 130lbs or 120 something! Any props to helping me out, and how do i cut the caffeine OUT?
I went for along walk today, soon as i got inside i was sick as hell. I was hot, sweating etc,, good workout huh?
