how do you make yourself feel good?

Although pregnancy is a beautiful thing, I think we can all say it doesn't make us feel beautiful all the time.. for some of us who don't get the "pregnancy glow", the weight gain, the strech marks, the bad skin, the symtoms that make you look like you feel, the "you're huge!" (obviously not always said that way, but implied), and for some of us the major lack of sex from your SO because of him. 
So what do you do to feel better about yourself?
Do you get your hair done? Beatuty treatments? Find something cute to wear? 
How often do you feel the need to give yourself that confidence boost?
