Is there a good tampon to use to go swimming if my period is really heavy?

I would use Tampax Pearls just because I've never had a problem with it while swimming. However it all depends on your comfort.

You could try a cup! I've been using a diva cup for about two years, and it's so much more comfortable for things like swimming- you don't have to worry about a string or it absorbing pool water (ew!) or leaks.

Tampax pearls or my personal favorite platter sport, I've never tried Kotex but I've heard so many negatives about their tampons. Honestly any will work if your comfortable using them
