Is cycle day 12 too early to ovulate? First month off of bc pills. I got positive opks the 12th and 13th and then negative today the 14th, so I'm assuming I probably o'ed yesterday on CD12?

You ovulate 12-36 hours after your first positive opk. So you probably ovulated on CD13 or CD14. But to answer your question, yes alot of women ovulate earlier. It usually means your cycle will be just a bit shorter because luteal phase length stays pretty constant from month to month (usually somewhere between 12 and 16 days in length).

Not too early at all you probably Ovulated on day 13 which is about average. I have previously Ovulated day 9 yrs ago and fhen with my second day 22 and I now ovulate day 15/16 .... everyone is different

I know friends of mine who have ovulated on cycle day 7. So no it's not too early
