insecure??

So my SO & I are normally sexually active, like multiple times a week..by recently I've been having some 'problems'. He always wants to "please me" 😏 but I've noticed a weird smell...not really weird, just different. I have tried different washes, douches, underwear, I drink lots of water.....nothing seems to help. If I get hot & sweat, like outside, I immediately want to come in & take a shower...I feel like our sex life is changing because I am so insecure over this problem... what do I do?? 🙁
