Twins and Plus size

I and my husband is overweight. 2 years and 5 months married life. My husband is working overseas. After marriage he is with me for 15 days, then after he came back for next year 30 days,next year for 40 days. These years I didn't concieve. Now next month I'm going for a visiting visa for 90 days where my Husband is....hope all will be go Good...but some what tensed....anybody know that having a twins for plus size women is really working?
