Period pains

I got really bad cramps this morning. Keep running to the bathroom and staying there for what feels like HOURS either feeling like I have the worse bowel movements or i have to puke my brains out. . Does anyone have any tips for help w cramps or period poos. . This pain is excruciating 😣😣😣🤢😷
