Conception after Cryo

A little over a year ago I was flagged as having "mild cervical dysphasia" which basically means I had abnormal cells that, left untreated, could turn into cancer. I had biopsies and a treatment called cryo that froze the outer layer of my cervix so those cells would die and slough off. A year later, and after going to the dr every 3 months for Pap smears, I got flagged again. They say this won't affect my fertility but my husband and I have been trying for 4 months (I know that's not really long but my sister conceived the first month so it's disheartening). Was wondering if anyone else has conceived after cryo.
