Help, it's my first time

Hey girls! I'm 18 years old. My bf and I are planning to have sex and I'm a virgin so I'm a little bit nervous because I'm really conscious of the consequences of having sex. We are totally going to use protection (condom) and I've been reading a lot about that condoms that they are not always helpful so my question is: After having sex with a condom, should I take a Plan B pill or something like that just in case?
