Waist trainers?

So I've been trying to get rid of my love handles and I go to the gym and eat healthy I'm not simply thinking of relying on the waist trainer but does it really work? Have you guys tried one ? And did you like it or not ? Or why would you never use one? 🤔

It doesn't work. Unless you overuse it and actually reshape your organs, which is really bad for you, the results are completely temporary. Please don't fall for the hype.

It worked for me but you need to be consistent with it. I usually only do it prior to big events or special occasions because I'm lazy and it's kind of a hassle
