I really think you need a professional opinion it could be one of many things some totally benign but others could be dangerous (skin cancer)

It's a mole and I would get to a dermatologist asap. It's large, irregular in shape and color...go get this biopsied and DO NOT wait.

Hmm could be ingrown hair or just a pimple that popped in your scalp get it looked at my a dermatologist
