TMI but I need opinions please!!
Okay so I just had a c section not even 2 weeks ago. I haven't had sex since Mother's Day. When I went for my one week check up the other day I had told my doctor that I had a foul smell and discharge from my crotch. He said he would test me and make sure everything was okay. Well I get online to check my results tonight and it came pack positive that I have Trichomonas vaginalis. I looked it up and it says it's only transmitted through sex. Well I was pregnant for 9 months and only slept with one person. And I was tested a couple months ago when they do the vaginal test when your pregnant and nothing came back positive. My question is how??? Does that mean my boyfriend cheated and got it from someone else or does it mean I could've had it for a while and it just didn't show up on my last test or what??? I'm seriously freaking out. Has anyone been through this or can give me some advice???😥😥😥
