Sickness suddenly gone?

Hi all, I'm 11w2d and my all day/all night sickness has gone, my boobs are barely sore and my energy has increased. Is this normal? I thought it wouldn't happen till after the 12 weeks... So very paranoid of a MMC

I'm 11w4d and am feeling much better than I have over the last 6 weeks. I have a fetal Doppler at home so I know the babies are still beating away in there! I think it's just the natural progression of things and your hormone levels are finally leveling out. I wouldn't worry too much and enjoy the break because I've heard it can come back!

Yes it's totally normal for symptoms to come and go.

Don't worry yourself, I was like that for 2-3 days around 11-12 weeks. It came back after 3 days and trust me when it comes back you'll be wishing you wouldn't be sick again. I still suffer from sickness. If your where miss carraying there would be some sort of hint. Just relax and enjoy your pregnancy before you get to the stages where you wish you weren't sick anymore.
