Hey guys! Okay, so I'm really freaking out here! A few days ago, I saw two black dots kind of in my skin. I figured they were ingrown hairs but when I poked and picked at them they bled. I put a bandaid on it. A few days later, it looks like this. When I try to pop that pimple looking part, pus comes out, but I can still see those black dots. It's on my left breast. It hurts, it's inflamed, and kind of hard to the touch. What is it!!! I was thinking a wart, but I'm not so sure. Please help! Should I leave it alone and see what happens or go to the doctor??
