Spotting at 5 Weeks 3 days!!!! HELP!!! TMI!!!

I just had a vaginal ultrasound today and found out that not only am I pregnant, I'm expecting twins! Came home and laid down for a nap and woke up to this!! I have no clue how to list this post as TMI but please help, I'm freaking out right now. I just found out I'm having 2 babies, I'm not ready to lose them.
