Should I count this cycle out?

I had positive OPK on the 6th, the same day as hubby's Lasik surgery so we couldn't BD then... Is it still possible to get pregnant from the bd'ing earlier in the week?? I'm trying to wait until 12dpo to test (currently at 10dpo) but don't want to get my hopes up... 6th month TTC so trying to be realistic. Thanks for the help!
