My fiancé and I have been trying for almost a year now to conceive.  I just graduated college and we now want more than anything to start a family. I have PCOS and was put on metformin (500)  about a year in a half ago. This month I have been using the ovulation test along with this app and it's been very accurate! We've been doing it almost twice a day since last week and I'm now in my ovulation period! Fingers crossed I get a positive pregnancy test within the next couple of weeks!
