breast reductions??

I'm tiny with huge boobs! I HATE them, especially after having a baby & breastfeeding.. I love what they have done but I'm not happy with the way they look -- saggy and deflated. On top of that, they're huge (34 DDD). Have any of you ladies had a breast reduction/augmentation? How much did you pay and what was your experience??

My cousin is 5'0 and maybe like a size 2 in clothes but she was natural a 36DD. She had a reduction and she's much happier now with out the extra weight. I'm not sure how much she had to pay for it.

I think if they're causing you medical issues there is a possibility of health insurance covering them. You could always call your company and ask.

A girl I know got hers done a few weeks ago she paid around 7 thousand in Houston, TX. Pricing depends on the doctor and your insurance. A lot of doctors have free consultations.

I can't speak from experience myself. But I have talked to a lot of women who have had it done and none of them regretted it. However, make sure your done having kids before you get the reduction or your not set on breastfeeding. Sometimes you can still breastfeed after a reduction but the way they have to cut to do it makes breastfeeding unlikely to be successful after a reduction. Many women have told me their doctors tell them it's a 50/50 shot, but I've never seen a women have success after a reduction. And the lactation consultants I know said they have only seen 1 or 2 women have success in a VERY long career.
