My husband and I have been questioning starting a family for a long time and we finally made the decision to start trying when we got back from holiday. We got really excited and I got my vitamins and a book to read as well as downloading a heap of podcasts. When we were on our holiday we found out the destination has mosquitoes that may have the zika virus and they can pass the virus to people. We have 10 bites in total between us but now don't know what to do. The internet says to delay trying for at least 6 months and get tested. We're going to get tested asap and have stopped trying. I feel so gutted that it took us so long to get to a place where we wanted to start a family and now we have to hold off because of a mosquito bite. Is there anyone in the same situation?
