Need Help! milk supply has reduced

Hello beautiful ladies. I am 14 weeks post partum. I have been pumping breast milk and giving one feeding in day directly from breast. But I noticed that for past 2!days my supply has reduced significantly. I am not getting enough amount with pumping. I used to get at least 10-15 oz from my morning pumping session and around 7-8 oz each 3 times during rest of the day sessions. I have not done anything different with my diet or anything. Please help!! I am nursing my baby and supplementing now because of this. Please help!!!
