I'm going to a concert tonight and it's an outside concert at the pier, I live in maine and it's not the nicest day out today, it's cloudy and it rained all last night but has stopped since. It's supposed to be 75 degrees out with 95% humidity. I was going to wear shorts with either a crop top or a camp tank, but it's not nice out so I have no idea what to wear, would leggings and a tank or crop top look ok I don't know I get anxiety when I don't know what to wear
