How do you deal with back pain? I've been having a lot of it. I have twins on the way and it feels like they are gripping my spine and squeezing. I know it's them kicking and the added pressure but it's killing me. I was at the doctor on the 13th of this month and my cervix is long and closed and they ruled out the risk of labor before 24 weeks so I know it isn't preterm labor. It's just when the babies go from kicking in the front to putting pressure on my back. Any advice would be amazing! (When I lean forward or get on my hands and knees it improves but obviously can't do that while driving or in walmart.)
