is labor close ?

I really feel like labor is close, I'm 36 + 2, dilated to 2cm, 70% effaced and started losing my mucous plug yesterday. My pelvis hurts so bad and I've been having irregular back contractions. C section is scheduled for July 10th, just not sure if I'm making it til then
