Braxton hicks?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and since Thursday night I've been having bad back ache and period pains as well as my stomach tightening now and again the tightening is not regular enough to notice a pattern or think they're contractions but the back ache and period pains are more or less constant. Is this braxton hicks??
