Any fellow oilies ever messed up and used an oil that's on the "no no" list? Earlier today, I used a body cream that I've had for a while but never used and after I'd slathered it all over, I read the ingredients and I see it has rosemary oil. I'm half hypochondriac as it is so I'm trying not to freak out. I also use lavender oil every day and I just read that might not be okay during the first trimester (I'm 7 weeks). 😩😩😩
