what can I do for healthcare?

Here is all the specs. 
I am married. 
My employer does not offer group insurance. 
I make close to, or more than $65,000 a year. 
My husband started his new job about 80 days ago. 
My husband is supposed to qualify for health insurance in 2 weeks but we aren't sure how this job is going to play out (not even sure if he will make it to when he qualifies for health insurance?) 
We haven't had health insurance for 12 months now. 
I'm 9 weeks pregnant, went to my first prenatal 2 days ago.

I won't qualify for Medicaid, I make too much money myself plus my husband works. 
I don't know if I qualify for special open enrollment either?

What do I do??? I guess I could pay cash for everything if I absolutely have to.

Where are you from? I know in Tennessee you automatically qualify for the state health care if you're pregnant regardless of how much you make

Being pregnant is a life event, and you can sign up through the exchange with life events.

Same boat my insurance doesn't cover maternity.... not much you an do. My OBGYN let me pay 3,000 to cover my entire pregnancy and labor... it doesn't cover the hospital stay etc but I paid 4,000 up front for my hospital stay. Call both and see if you can make a payment plan. Isn't  America Wonderful?!?! Good Luck

Not going to lecture about this is why you always need health insurance.

Pregnancy is not a life event, the actual childbirth is.  Contact your state to see about at least any options.

And you may want to also really encourage your husband that no matter what he needs that job.  Yeah you make a relatively good
Sallary but one or two complications can bankrupt you.  We are both over 6 figures and I still fear even with insurance it won't be enough.

Any reason why you just don't have insurance? It's mandated for a reason.

Check your state rules on healthcare for pregnant women. Some states you automatically qualify and it will backdate to conception. Other states have higher income limits to qualify for pregnant women based on household size(pregnant women are sometimes considered 2 for this count too), some will supplement and help cover what other insurance you have doesn't. Also as someone stated pregnancy is a life event you should be able to sign up outside of normal registration times.
