Colustrum or leaking?

I'm going on 29w and haven't had anything happen yet... I'm reading so many people have. Is it normal not to have anything happen yet? Would breast implants (over the muscle and under breast incision) affect this?

I'm pregnant with my third baby and I have never leaked before birth. I breastfed both of mine.

Your actual milk does not come in until after birth if you are leaking then that would be colostrum premilk and it is ok and normal to not leak and not leaking will not affect breast feeding the implants im not 100% sure you could always ask your dr though

I didn't leak at all with my first until after he was born. This time I've had a small bit of leaking but only when I've woken up after sleeping on my stomach or side and they get squished.

My milk usually comes in after I've had the baby... I'm just ahead of you & nothing yet.. I also have implants under the muscle but that shouldn't affect your ability. It didn't with mine
