Too Embarrassed to Buy a Pregnancy Test

So me and my bf are sexually active and I'm on my third month of birth control. My first period on birth control was totally normal, just a little lighter and not as painful. However, when the placebo pills came around at the end of month two, no period. Just some weird dark discharge on and off for two days.
