Early symptoms of pregnancy?

I am getting nauseous often,  sore breasts,  and some cramping 2 days before AF. Took pregnancy test yesterday came back positive.  Did any of you get symptoms that soon after ovulation.  I am 10dpo.  Twins run on both sides of family too.

Just because you got early symptoms doesn't mean you will be having twins. I was having really sensitive breast and I was constipated with bload a week before AF. My husband family runs with a lot of twins but after our ultrasound we are just expecting only one. So the only way to found out is with a ultrasound. Good luck on your pregnancy
