Early symptoms of pregnancy?

I am getting nauseous often, sore breasts, and some cramping 2 days before AF. Took pregnancy test yesterday came back positive. Did any of you get symptoms that soon after ovulation. I am 10dpo. Twins run on both sides of family too.
