day 4 of engorgment 😩 help me !
Help! My milk came in last Thursday. I don't remember the engorgement lasting this long with my son. It's been four days of rock hard cinder blocks on my chest. I have tried self expressing in the shower but can't seem to get enough out to find relief. When will these babies regulate and what am I doing wrong !! HELP!
