baby acne or something else
My baby developed what looked like baby acne at around 2 1/2 weeks. Since then it has spread and looks like this (she is now 4 weeks). Does anyone have experience with baby acnes that looks this bad? She is a baby that gets red when she is hot or her face is up against something so I think that makes it look worse. It doesn't seem to bother her. We are going to the pediatrician this week, so I'm definitely going to ask him about it then. I'm just worried it's something else and I don't want to wait if it's a reaction to something, eczema, etc. 
For baby acne what have you found to be helpful in clearing it up?
